La Tabla food Juicery

I'll just come right out and say it - the steak salad at La Tabla is a 12 out of 10, and I'm currently petitioning to have my taste buds bronzed after experiencing such culinary perfection. When this glorious entree arrived at my table, I'm pretty sure I blacked out from pure gastronomic bliss for a few minutes. The perfectly seared steak could cure blindness with how utterly stunning it looked atop the crisp greens. Each bite was a multilayered flavor explosion - the rich beef complemented by just the right amount of creamy blue cheese, crunchy pecans, and tangy vinaigrette that made my mouth party like it's 1999. I found myself uncontrollably grunting like a man who just won the eat-off on Man vs Food. Basically, this steak salad roused feelings deep within me that no salad has any right to invoke in a human being. It was a spiritual experience, transcending mere "food" and becoming edible nirvana. If I died right after consuming it, I'd haunt that restaurant just so I could experience those flavors forever in the afterlife. The stellar service and ambiance were just bonuses at this point - I could have eaten that salad surrounded by squealing hogs in a barn and still left a satisfied person. All I can really say is rushrushrush over to La Tabla immediately if you haven't already been lucky enough to bask in the glory of their steak salad. Just be sure to unbuckle your belt a few notches first, because you're about to meet your delicious maker.

First time visiting this place and it is simply awesome. Instantly one of my favorite restaurants. Everything we had was very flavorful, fresh and super satisfying. The vegan acai bowl is simply delicious. The best I have had. It is super flavorful and it feels like all the fruits are super fresh. I got the polenta special and it was also awesome. It is served with mozzarella, a tomato and prosciutto on top of the polenta, a side salad and a piece of sweet potato. Everything about this dish was great. From the rosemary in the polenta that greatly elevated it, the salad dressing which was subtly boosting the salad flavor and the delectable seasoned sweet potato, everything in that plate was perfect. The staff is super nice and the vibe really chill. On top of this the food is incredibly clean, cooked with extra virgin olive oil and serving pastured eggs to name a couple of things pointing to that. I wish I lived close to this place.

Amazing food. Organic, super high quality and DELICIOUS!! We are very health conscious and concerned about quality of food. We have not found anything like this locally. Santiago the owner was so friendly and kind. The entire staff was very happy to serve us and made us feel completely welcome and comfortable. The juices were amazing. Everything even down to the oat milk lattes was second to none! You won’t be disappointed! Come and sit at La Tabla!

La Tabla is a real gem in Vero Beach that I can’t get enough of. Every time I eat here, I’m blown away by how fantastic the food is. My family has been visiting Vero Beach from Atlanta Georgia for several years and we always make sure we come here at least once. A quaint little place with really sensational food and people.

What an amazing hidden gem! I was in town with friend's for our kids soccer tournament. We wanted to feed our kids something clean and light, a friend recommended this place! Lucky us. Food is incredible, clean ingredients. Amazing atmosphere, our kids put the phones down to play with their games. Looking for a healthy meal? Look no further. Hit the get directions button! A friend recommended this place, and now I do too! Fantastic energy with a hipster vibe. The food is so fresh, the menu is super yummy and offers vegan and gluten-free options. I got the Green Greed smoothie and it was smooth and tasty. The power bowl was super fresh and delicious. I came in just as they were closing up (which I didn’t realize) and they were super nice and patient with taking my order. Very nice people and good fresh food.

Fresh and organic food prepared just right. We enjoyed an acai bowl and a breakfast burrito wrap. The organic coffee was delicious. Limited seating indoors with several tables outside also. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the many unique food choices - vegan, gluten free, etc. Recommend.
